A. Overall Purpose Of The Job (Brief description of the primary purpose of this position)
▪ Provide a consistent administrative support function to the Sales and Marketing Department in relation to contract renewal, new business, up-selling, operational onboarding, contractual billings, case billing inquiries, client reporting, and data maintenance of clients.
▪ Provide consistent client support such as ongoing client engagement, program management/maintenance, and education.
▪ Work with Client Services Leader/Manager and assist implementation of and efficient adherence to the key processes of the Client Services CoE and Sales and Marketing department.
▪ Interfacing effectively with Client Services Leader/Manager, Client Services CoE, Sales and Marketing, Operations, GSS, Commercial Services, and IT teams to develop and maintain strong working relationships and a smooth working flow to support efficient and effective client management.
▪ Deliver and maintain high-quality client engagement.
B. Key Responsibilities (Critical responsibilities and skills of this position, listed in order of importance)
Reporting to Client Services Leader/Manager, Japan, Client Services Executive, will primarily be responsible to: ▪ Manage operational implementation, onboarding, and program management of new accounts
▪ Deliver ongoing client engagement to manage programs and maintain program information
▪ Assist renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling of existing accounts
▪ Provide onboarding and ongoing education regarding the International SOS program and products to new and existing clients.
▪ Drive client utilization through client education and campaigns
▪ Manage and deliver sales operations including but not limited to invoicing, contracting, opportunity management, and client reporting.
▪ Assist Ad hoc queries and requests from the client including but not limited to membership orientation, and troubleshooting of digital products ▪ Assist localization of product and solution-related materials and participate in product UAT to achieve successful release and roll-out in Japan
