Client Services Executive

• Reports To: Client Services Leader/Manager
• Works With: Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations

• Main Purpose:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing Department, including contract renewals, new business, up-selling, onboarding, billing, client reporting, and data maintenance.
• Support clients through ongoing engagement, program management, and education.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient client management and high-quality service.
• Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding and implementation of new accounts.
• Engage with clients to manage and maintain programs.
• Assist with contract renewals, up-selling, and cross-selling.
• Promote client utilization through education and campaigns.
• Handle sales operations such as invoicing, contracting, and reporting.
• Address client queries and requests, including membership orientation and digital product troubleshooting.
• Support localization of product and solution materials.
