-        IT Service Management

Ø Manage and Lead IT infra service desk team (Yokohama, Tokyo, and Kyoto teams) and provide L1 support including escalation & proper incident management.

ITインフラのサービスデスクのチーム(横浜・東京・京都)の指導・管理、ちゃんとしたインシデント管理を含めた(L1)オンサイトサポートの提供.

Ø Improvement of Service Desk operation with the goal to reduce tickets and provide self-services as much as possible. Meet KPIs and SLAs.

サービスデスクにおいて継続的な改善によりチケット数を減らしたり、セルフサービスを導入したりすることが重要な目標となります。KPIとSLAを守る必要があります。

-        IT Projects

Participating and even pro-actively driving IT projects especially in IT security, integration of newly acquired companies and deployment of new ITSM tool: ServiceNow

各種ITプロジェクトの積極的な参加または自主実行(例:買収したばかりのグループ会社のIT統合、ITセキュリティプロジェクトの展開、新しいITサービスデスクツールの展開:ServiceNow).

-        General

Communication with all internal and external stakeholders in Japan, Offshore and global team members.

グローバルのチームやオフショアや日本国内の内部/外部の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションができます。

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field from a four-year college or university; an MBA or equivalent is desirable but not required

Mandatory: ITIL or similar

必須:ITIL等のIT管理

Mandatory (Non-Japanese nationals): Japanese language N2 or similar

必須(外国の方):日本語能力試験N2以上

Mandatory (Japanese nationals): TOIEC 600+ or similar or candidate proves his/her skills during interview

必須(日本の方):TOIEC 600以上 又は候補者が面接中に英語能力を証明します。

Optional: PMP or similar

任意:PMP等のプロジェクト管理

Optional: Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF, SIX SIGMA or similar

5-10 years of experience leading/managing within a successful IT organization, in at least 2 areas of IT Infra Service Desk.

5~10年のITインフラの経験があり。そのうち、最低2年間 ITインフラのサービスデスクの経験があります。

5+ years of work experience with IT Infrastructure project management (in an international environment) preferably in an industrial or process driven environment, ideally in the laboratory industry

5年以上のITプロジェクトの経験があります。

Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and working with near-shore/offshore service partners (internal or external)

国際ITチームとの仕事をしたことがあり、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションをとったことがあります。

Experience of budget and spend control

Basic knowledge of Compute (Windows Server, …), Storage (NetApp, …), Network (Cisco, …) technologies; Cross Functional Technical Experience: Windows Server installations; Microsoft Active Directory and DNS; Microsoft Exchange; Data back-up technologies; VMware; SAN/NAS storage systems, …
