Job Description
Key Account Manager
Location: Ebina, Kanagawa
Job Responsibilities:
Building and Maintaining Client Relationships:
Conduct negotiations and adjustments with client representatives (purchasing, design, etc.).
Activities for Securing Orders for New Products:
Set target prices, and formulate and execute action plans to secure orders (both internally and externally).
Participate in cost-planning activities to achieve target prices.
Plan and execute presentations.
Prepare quotations.
Conduct price negotiations and secure orders.
Quoting and Price Negotiations for Mass-Produced Products, Repair Parts, and Tooling Costs:
Recover costs associated with design changes from clients.
Gather market fluctuation information and conduct quoting and price negotiations/contracts.
Internal Deployment and Cost Calculation in Cost Reduction Activities:
Promote cost reduction activities and conduct price negotiations/contracts.
Registering Determined Prices on the Client and Internal Web Systems:
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong English reading comprehension
Preferred Skills:
Experience working at an automotive parts company
Business-level English conversation skills
Experience with SAP
