Job Description
SSC FICO Business Analyst
● Answer inquiries from business users or site IS team member regarding FICO domain
● Support/coach user on FICO domain for daily support
● Receive system issue report from business users, investigate root cause, resolve and feedback
● Work with other IS colleagues (Site IS and SSC) to resolve issues
● Work with group support team through proper communication channel
● Proactively follow up issues and anticipate issues
Evolution/Projects
● Participate in new FICO related projects as business analyst contributing to the company, and developing to be an expert in this domain in Japan
● Test new solution/function with business users and validate/reject the evolution in a timely manner
● Promote company standard process/solution to FI SSC and sites controlling
Other
● Conduct user training to elevate the level of user knowledge in SAP
● Conduct internal knowledge sharing session within IS network
● Support other countries on adhoc basis
● Worked in an international company in a multicultural environment. English speaking is a must, with ~10 years’ experience
● Japanese FICO regulation knowledge is preferred
● Understanding in FICO business process
● 5 years of SAP FICO experience
● Experience interfacing applications with SAP ERP
● Strong ability to solve problems and be customer focused
