Senior Business Analyst

The company is looking for mid-level expertise in Excel and Visual Basic for Applications (VBA). The position will have the opportunity to engage directly with end-users to work on a variety of Excel macros that interact with web APIs and databases, produce Excel reports delivered to our clients, and enhance our reporting workflow. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with end-users and various teams on building/enhancing Excel applications
• Write unit tests for new and existing functionality
• Grow expertise in several Business Lines and work with multiple stakeholders
• Work as part of a team including adhering to coding standards, writing clean code, maintaining the history of code changes, writing documentation, and performing code reviews
• Practice PDCA to increase efficiencies and participate in prioritization of work

Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development using VBA
• Advanced VBA knowledge including classes, arrays, recordsets, database queries
• Highly proficient in Excel including formulas, charts, named ranges, and conditional formatting
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to research solutions
• Self-starter with a passion to continuously improve

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or related field
• Experience developing with Excel VBA, Macros and Power Queries
• Experience in FP&A
