 Senior Specialist, Financial Planning & Analyst

The Expense Data and Reporting Analyst is a member of Financial Planning & Analysis in Human Health Finance. You will collaborate and partner with the Finance Business Partners from the same team. You will work with large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and other useful information that can be used by business units and the management team to make better decisions on our company's efficiency and profitability. Also, you are asked with presenting your findings in a clear and concise way so that they can be easily understood by others. This will include creating reports, charts, graphs, etc.

More specific roles and responsibilities are below

• Works closely with the Finance Business Partners to
• Coordinate the development and submission of financial forecasts, budget, and 5-year plan
• Track performance against forecasts to understand and clearly articulate the drivers of performance
• Prepare and present business review slides to local and regional senior leaders
• Data extraction, manipulation, and upload to/from various financial reporting and planning tools
• Collecting and analyzing financial data to identify financial trends and potential risks or opportunities for investment within the company’s portfolio
• Designing and developing financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting
• Reviewing forecasting and reporting processes to increase efficiency and productivity
