Marketing Manager

Job Description

• Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
• Plan, develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to build pipeline and drive business growth
• Research and analyze market trends and competitors to identify threats and new opportunities
• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies
• Interact with sales team to develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas
• Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
• Ensure effective, branded marketing communications, including the company website, print communication, and advertising
• Assist with internal and external marketing communications
• Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports to senior management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in marketing, business development or similar role
• Understanding of market research and data analysis
• Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and collaboration abilities
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
• Proven track record of project management and strong attention to detail
• In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems
• Good Japanese & English communication
