Digital Application Specialist

The Digital Solutions Specialist Chapter is a team consisted of individuals with specific skills focused on the design and development of Digital Marketing, Omini-channel CRM, and relevant digital content management & recommendation schemes to help business improve customer engagement.

The Digital Marketing Application Specialist is responsible to provide daily administrative support for existing application & solution, to support data science projects with database management skills, and participate in developing solutions both extension of existing product or prototype for new product.

This role will work closely with Squad team members and Product Owner of Omni-channel Engagement to provide the technical capabilities required as well as work with global team overseas.

Primary Activities / Responsibilities

• Provide on site support for SalesForce Marketing Cloud for digital marketing professionals in Japan
• Respond to the request to configure web analytics tools, relevant web applications, and data objects
• Validate dataflow and design of database, change request analysis and implementation for prototype projects
• General documentation regarding above
• Networking with Singapore Team for digital marketing professional in Japan

Basic Qualifications

Secondary Language(s) Job Description

• 5+ years in digital marketing application project management with documentation practices (architecture, data flow, and basic)
• 5+ years of application development experience with multiple web development languages, database types, and hosting architectures
• 3+ years of experience in developing digital marketing capabilities in multi-platform environment where integration is required
