IT Solution Architect

Job Description

-        IT Service Management

Ø Design the IT infrastructure based on the needs of internal business stakeholders following the Eurofins internal design & architecture regulations and rules: Network, On-premise and cloud environment, IT infra services such as AD etc.

ユーロフィンのルールに従いながら社内関係者のニーズに基づいたITインフラを設計していただきます。（例：ネットワーク、オンプレミスやクラウド環境、ITインフラサービスの設計とデザイン） 

Ø Procure the equipment from various Japanese and foreign vendors and hand it over to the operation team for set up.

機器を国内・海外のサプライヤーから購入して、機器を設置してくれる運用チームに引き渡して頂きます。

Ø Manage all kinds of documents related to system architecture (e.g., design documents).

設計図などの各種文書の作成と管理を担当して頂きます。

Ø If possible, support the design of applications.

可能であれば、アプリケーションの設計も手伝って頂きます。

-        IT Projects

Participating IT projects especially in the domain of business continuity, integration of newly acquired companies and the case that the laboratories need special servers for processing their data.

各種ITプロジェクトの積極的な参加または自主実行（例：買収したばかりのグループ会社のIT統合、BCP―事業継続計画、ラボが高能力サーバの構築を希望している場合）.

-        General

Communication with all internal and external stakeholders in Japan, Offshore and global team members.

グローバルのチームやオフショアや日本国内の内部／外部の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションができます。

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field from a four-year college or university; an MBA or equivalent is desirable but not required

大学卒業

Mandatory: Solution architecture-related certificates to prove experience

必須：ソリューションアーキテクト関連の資格

Mandatory (Non-Japanese nationals): Japanese language N2 or similar

必須（外国の方）：日本語能力試験N2以上

Mandatory (Japanese nationals): Basic English skills

必須（日本の方）：日常会話ができる英語能力

Optional: ITIL or similar

任意：ITIL等のIT管理

Optional: PMP or similar

任意：PMP等のプロジェクト管理

2-10 years of experience in the IT domain and at least 2 years worked as a solution architect.

最低2～１０年のITインフラの経験があり。そのうち、最低2年間 ソリューションアーキテクトとしての経験があります。

2+ years of work experience with IT Infrastructure project management (in an international environment) preferably in an industrial or process-driven environment, ideally in the laboratory industry.

2年以上のITプロジェクトの経験があります。

Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and working with near-shore/offshore service partners (internal or external)

国際ITチームとの仕事をしたことがあり、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションをとったことがあります。

Strong methodical skill in hearing and tracking the requirements and requests from the business side and ability to convert/translate this into a good IT infra design and a list of equipment and software to be procured. Then conduct the procurement.

業務側のニーズや要望を漏れなくヒアリングして、トラッキングするスキルが必須です。そして、そのニーズに基づいて、ITインフラを設計した上、どのような機器を調達するか、どのようなソフトウェアを調達するかを考えて、提案するスキルが必要です。調達も行って頂きます。

Ability to communicate and steer local and foreign suppliers.

Extensive knowledge of Compute, Storage, Network, and Cloud technologies including software.

様々な技術をよく知っています: 処理、ストレージ、クラウド、各種ソフトウェア.

Strong Microsoft products/services and Linux knowledge;

Microsoft製品とサービス又はLinuxの知識があります。

Strong document management skills

設計図などの各種文書を作成と管理するスキル

Strong security awareness;

セキュリティに関する意識が高いです。

Knowing application architecture and major applications is a plus.

アプリケーションの一般的な知識や主なアプリケーションのシステム構成の知識があるとよいです。
