Entry level Engineer

This is an entry-level and fresh graduate role in a German Automotive company. These positions are in Yamagata and the company provides full accommodation etc.

Positions:

1, Production technology

Introduce production equipment and jigs and tools, start up new product manufacturing lines including peripheral equipment, and improve existing lines at a location close to the manufacturing site.

Good work, prototype production at the prototype stage of new products, etc.

2, Quality assurance/management

Confirmation that the quality of manufactured products meets various standards (customer specification requests, various ISO, etc.), or requests from the purchasing department

Based on this request, we manage whether the products delivered to new suppliers meet the MAHLE standards, and operate various processes in the factory according to the rules.

General work related to quality, such as confirmation management of whether there is

3, Manufacturing management

We carry out various improvement activities mainly at the mass production site of products, such as defect rate reduction activities and cost reduction activities.
