Technical Project Manager (TPM) Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the project's technical scenario, including planning and system delivery interactions across Software, Mechatronics, and System Validation sub-projects. Lead the Releases Definition Boards to define content for each System Release. Manage technical issues and risks across sub-projects, ensuring resolution through structured problem management processes. Provide regular reporting on traceability and system performance against plans.

System Sub-project Leader Responsibilities:

Establish and manage System sub-project setup and resource allocation. Drive change management activities and conduct reviews based on System Metier recommendations. Monitor progress and financials of System sub-projects. Collaborate on process improvement and compliance activities, ensuring tool and environment alignment with project requirements.

Skills Set

• Experience in automotive product development.
• Strong knowledge of embedded systems and systems/software.
• Basic understanding of electronic devices.
• Knowledge of cloud technology, telematics architecture, and data handling.
• Ability to understand issues and expectations of stakeholders (internal, customers, suppliers).
• Experience in systems engineering, requirements engineering, and testing.
• Strong analytical skills, root cause analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication/reporting skills and basic quality knowledge (e.g., FTA, Ishikawa diagram).

Languages

• English: Business level required.
• Japanese: Business level required.
• Proficiency in either German, French, or Chinese is a plus
