- Set and manage the Project Plan to reach the customer milestones on time

- Lead the multidisciplinary Project Team

- Manage resources

- Manage projects risks

- Interact with customers, suppliers, functions/metiers, and management to resolve issues

- Manage changes

- Ensure respect for Simultaneous Engineering rules

Achieve the economic targets

Keep development processes lean and efficient

Manages the Project Plan & Schedule:

- Defines the scope of the project and establishes project setup

- builds the schedule and defines the delivery content of each System Release together with his/her Core Team

(composed of 4 Sub Project Managers: System TPM, SW TPM, Mechatronic PM, and System Validation TPM)

- monitors and controls the schedule and delivery of content on a weekly basis together with his/her Core Team

- Ensures system development in compliance with Valeo standards

- establish and maintain a clear communication matrix with Customer for all areas of the project, and makes sure

communication rules are followed

- keeps customers informed about system project development progress

- strives to constantly understand customer priorities, as well as internal constraints, and uses this knowledge to negotiate

win/win solutions throughout the project development

Manages resources and budget:

- Secures and manages Project Resources

- Drives development of Project Team in order to improve Teamwork.

- Defines and manages the project budget

- Manages all project changes Request (internal and customer) and coordinates through his/her team

- Ensures the use of Design to Cost methodology

Manages the risks:

- Solves all project issues requiring any type of support of all suitable functions via the project escalation.

- Escalates at the right level and with relevant speed/anticipation of the gaps versus targets, and the customer escalations

- 10 to 15-year experience in R&D development activities

- Engineering/Master degree

- Experience in project management
