Position: Senior Technical Manager

Location: Higashi Hiroshima, Hiroshima

Overview:

As a Senior Technical Manager, you'll play a crucial role in driving business success by leading generation, supporting product selection, and providing both pre-sales consultation and post-sale impact. You will focus on understanding customer needs, aligning strategies with business units, and enhancing customer relationships throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify and anticipate customer needs, offering long-term solutions.
• Ensure the relevance of technical information for stakeholders.
• Develop innovative global technology systems to enhance customer interactions.
• Facilitate effective communication and follow-up with customers.
• Drive improvements in customer experience through team and process development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and Service Engineering.
• Manage projects across multiple sites, securing business and building trust.
• Conduct commercial discussions as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Japanese.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 10 years of technical experience, preferably in the Semiconductor/Capital Equipment industry.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing complex environments.
• Proven success in building partnerships and working with local, regional, and global teams.
