Job Description
Technical support mainly for AUTOSAR embedded software
1. Business related to technical support
• Actively work on maintenance of knowledge information database used inside and outside the company
• Product description required for customer's technical support activities Create materials, application notes, training materials (videos, webinars, slides, etc.), sample code / configurations, and various manuals
2. Tasks related to product development support
• Understanding and developing requirements through good communication with customers Deploying to units, demonstrating with sample projects, etc.
3. Pre-sales-related work
• By holding technical workshops, developing and conducting demonstrations, responding to technical questions from customers, etc., product managers and sales staff Support
4. Work related to internal collaboration
• Improve activities with ownership of issues within the organization
• Collect the latest customer information and use cases and share them appropriately within the company
Technical support for embedded software (Mainly AUTOSAR) ) (Japan Market)
1. Products knowledge base
• Actively contribute to the development of a knowledge base that will be used by internal as well as external customers.
• Support the creation of marketing / improved product material: white papers, application notes, training (video, webinar, slides), extended manuals, sample software configuration, user manuals, integration manuals, configuration manuals.
2. Product development support
• Supporting product development teams in the understanding of customer requirements, preparing sample projects and facilitating customer communication
3. Pre-sales support
• Support product managers and the sales team to provide clarification and support on technical queries on products including the development of demonstrators, leading workshop at customers
4. Internal Collaboration
• Taking ownership of one improvement topics and supporting improvement within organization.
• Sharing of customer news, customer usage information, etc, eg using MS Teams.

implementing technical support for customers-
