Mission：

・Responsible for the industrial technologies of HVAC Assembly, Brazing, Stamping, Automation, Helium leak test

・Manage and Demonstrates Process Expertise based on the experiences above

・Coordinates the interfaces between its production site and the Process Expertise offices in English

・Propose Mid Term Plan in terms of layout & square measure evolution, productivity improvement with investments, machine performance improvement

・Manage the industrial plan of the site in line with the Mid Term Plan

・Problem solving by the leading team based on Logic and Statistical analysis method

・Support production Dept. to solve quality issues.

・Develop team members as experts in the industrial technologies above

A degree in university and Engineering is required.

Requires a minimum of 5 years of related work experience including:

・Process Engineer at the early age

・Department manager in middle/senior age

・Automotive industrial

・HVAC Assembly Investment

・Brazing Investment

・Stamping Investment

・Automation Investment

・Helium leak test Investment
