Job Description

-        IT Service Management

Ø Build, maintain and continuously improve the on-premise servers in our 4 server rooms in (Sachiura) Yokohama, Kazusa (Chiba), Keihinjima (Tokyo) and Kyoto.

幸浦（横浜）、京浜島（東京）、かずさ（千葉）と京都のサーバ室にあるオンプレミス環境の管理を担当してもらいます。

Ø Provide L2 – operation support to internal stakeholders as part of Operation team (Incident and change management, Maintenance and emergency procedures).

ITインフラの運用チームのメンバーとして、社内関係者にたいして運用サポートを提供します（例：不具合対応、メンテナンス、緊急対応、変更管理）。

-        IT Projects

Participating IT projects especially in IT security, business continuity and integration of newly acquired companies.

各種ITプロジェクトの積極的な参加または自主実行（例：買収したばかりのグループ会社のIT統合、ITセキュリティプロジェクトの展開、BCP―事業継続計画）.

-        General

Communication with all internal and external stakeholders in Japan, Offshore and global team members.

グローバルのチームやオフショアや日本国内の内部／外部の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションができます。

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field from a four-year college or university; an MBA or equivalent is desirable but not required

大学卒業

Mandatory: Microsoft, Linux, Netapp related certificates to prove server management experience

必須：サーバ管理に関わるMicrosoft, Linux, Netapp等の資格

Mandatory (Non-Japanese nationals): Japanese language N2 or similar

必須（外国の方）：日本語能力試験N2以上

Mandatory (Japanese nationals): Basic English skills

必須（日本の方）：日常会話ができる英語能力

Optional: ITIL or similar

任意：ITIL等のIT管理

Optional: PMP or similar

任意：PMP等のプロジェクト管理

2-10 years of experience in IT domain and two 2 years for server management.

最低2～１０年のITインフラの経験があり。

そのうち、最低2年間 ITインフラの運用の経験があります。

2+ years of work experience with IT Infrastructure project management (in an international environment) preferably in an industrial or process-driven environment, ideally in the laboratory industry

2年以上のITプロジェクトの経験があります。

Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and working with near-shore/offshore service partners (internal or external)

国際ITチームとの仕事をしたことがあり、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションをとったことがあります。

Extensive knowledge of Compute (Windows Server, …), Storage (NetApp, …), Network (Cisco, …) technologies; Cross Functional Technical Experience: Windows Server installations; Microsoft Active Directory and DNS; Microsoft Exchange; Data back-up technologies; VMware; SAN/NAS storage systems, …

様々な技術をよく知っています。

 ハードウェア：Dell, Netapp, Brocade, Lenovo

VMWare等の仮想技術、バックアップ技術、AD、Citrix、各種ライセンス, WSUS, SCCM, DNS, DHCP

Sound knowledge of Monitoring, Back-up, Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity plans and solutions;

監視、バックアップ、災害復旧、事業継続計画に関する知識があります。

Can plan and execute maintenance of IT infrastructure by his/her own (e.g., patch management, Device inventory, proper documentation)

ITインフラの管理を自主的に計画と実行できます。（例：パッチ管理、端末在庫の管理、システム構成が分かる文書作成と定期的な更新）

Strong Microsoft products/services and Linux knowledge;

Microsoft製品とサービス又はLinuxの知識があります。

Experience of running ITIL Service Desks;

ITILに基づいたサービスデスクの運用経験があります。

Creation and management of documentation of device architecture

サーバ管理に関わる各種文書の作成と管理

Strong security awareness;

セキュリティに関する意識が高いです。

Must reside in Japan.

日本に滞在する必要があります。

Must be willing to work on Saturdays/Sundays and rest on weekdays.

土日でも仕事ができます。代休があります。
