Job Description

Mission:

In charge of: Quality of life at work within the Legal Entity / Site Workforce productivity and competitiveness increase in perimeter Supporting social climate within the Legal Entity / Site The strict application of the internal rules and applicable laws Supporting mergers & acquisitions projects if any


Responsibilities:

Prepare and organize meetings with the representative unions and works council

- Prepares and Participates in Unions meetings- Replaces Site HR manager (absence, special or general delegation) for all Employee relations actions & meetings


Advice on HR and ER topics

Assist the HRD in leading meetings with the social partners and negotiating in order to reach an agreement.

Set up the various annual deadlines with the representative unions: employee representative committee, Health & Hygiene Committee, safety, work conditions, and staff representatives.

Follow up on proceedings records with the representative unions.

Support and contact operational teams relating to rules.

Support on the pre-contentious


Supporting merger and acquisition projects bringing a legal and HR expertise

During the due diligence phase before closing for further integration in the Group


Requirement

Experience in recruitment, training, personnel system planning and operation, or dealing with labor unions

* Business-level Japanese and English proficiency

(Usually Japanese is the main language. English is used in conversations with foreign employees who cannot speak Japanese.)
