Head of Accounting and Finance

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to assist in our continued business expansion, especially as we anticipate IPO participation in the next few years.

Currently, we have yet to establish a full-time Accounting Department in our company, but the General Affairs Department is working on doing so in cooperation with an external subcontractor. As a result, you will work with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to prepare for the listing of our company, while also being entrusted with the establishment of workflow systems for all accounting operations. We welcome applications from candidates with no experience in listing preparation.

業務内容

経理業務・税務 -Accounting and Taxation-

Designing a workflow system(s) for accounting operations

Monthly, quarterly, and annual settlements, as well as consolidated financial statements (including overseas subsidiary)

Preparation of tax returns (tax returns are outsourced to tax advisory services)

Preparation of legal disclosure documents

Accounts receivable/payable - trade

Management of accounts payable - other

Cash management and financial institution support

Budget control and performance management, from budget formulation to analysis

Organizing accounting issues/relevant data, and coordinating/collaborating with each department

Formulation and PDCA (plan-do-check-act) of business plans and mid-term management plans

IPO準備 -IPO Preparation-

Internal control support

Internal audit support

Supporting auditing firms

*Depending on experience, we may also entrust you with the following responsibilities

Team management and task execution in legal/general affairs

Requirements

必須要件 -REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLYING-

At least 5 years of experience in accounting (including account settlements) at a publicly listed company

Experience in preparing securities reports, mid-term reports, and financial statements

Experience in the management of an Accounting Department(s)

The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping certification level 2 or above, or equivalent knowledge

English language: business level

Japanese language: JLPT N1
