<Missions>

The Validation Leader is responsible for the Inverter validation activities and testing facilities for TCP/TPL3 Motor & Inverter:

- Lead Motor & Inverter validation for both for P1 and P2 projects

- Managing of TCP/TPL3 laboratory in Prague

- Detailed scheduling and budgeting of his activities

- Can functionally manage a group of engineers/technicians.

Accountable for :

 

Motor & Inverter Validation leader - Responsible for complete management of DVP&R

 

Is responsible for test actions and results according to the customer specifications

Is responsible to gather the analysis of tests/research results about causes of dysfunction

Is responsible for the validation timing in accordance with inverter project timing

 

In particular :

 

Organize the validation activities according to the Projects Level 2 timing and the Validation Programs defined by the project R&D PTM

Support the R&D PTM in the definition of the validation program, prepare and standardize detailed test description documents and develop standards for the validation activities.

Identify the necessary equipment, define the need for specific tools or bench (characterization, reliability..) to realize the tests.

Schedule and book the laboratories (Internal or external ) for the tests (DV & PV tests, diagnosis tests, customer returns …).

Ensure the correct execution of the validation tests.

Reports the defaults detected during the tests and provides a first-level description of these ones.

Archives the reports in DataBase

Write the DVP&R report to be presented to the customer

 

Define the associated budget of the DVP&R

 

Work as a team player inside the Project team and report project activity status to the R&D PTM.

 

Manage the TCP/TPL3 laboratory   

Ensures the TRS follow-up of means of Prague TCP laboratory

Leads the writing and follow-up of functioning procedures, test methods, and laboratory quality indicators

Evaluates the needed investments for the laboratory

Organize the maintenance, control, and calibration of laboratory equipment

Ensure the right level of training of the test engineers

Ensure that tests are performed in conformity with all insurance quality rules

 

Management of the contributors

Daily management of his group

Assign to them the needed work packages

Regular review with his/her Hierarchical to check alignment between needs and availabilities

 

 

<Education>

Engineering Degree

<Professional>

5 to 7 years of experience in the related position in automotive engineering or relevant industries
