■Creating the HR strategy and plan (HC and labor cost including MTP)of company cooperation with the Finance team

■Creating the training plan and strategy with cost budget Cooperation with the VES team

■ The management of Promotion, salary increase, and bonus activities Creating the documents

and information to employees and managers, setting the managers' meeting

■Solving the trouble between employees and

managers' correspondence of litigation with a lawyer

■Animates and promotes Health, Safety, and Ergonomics activities on site, together with the HSE leader.

■Leads or contributes to HR projects defined at Group, BG, or Country levels

■Executive management support including Host the board of directors

■General Affairs activities support

Over 5 years of HR management experience as a manager

■Experience with the correspondence between internal and external

audit

■Knowledge of social insurance and related Japanese law

■Communication skills for internal and external

■English skills (fluent)

■ Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and Word Skills

■ Automobile license
