Job Description
Mission:
- Monitor and validate the CONFORMITY of components, products/processes in production
- Customer interface for Quality Matters (current production)
- Ensure that the Quality System is respected – coaching site Managers to achieve customer satisfaction for Quality
Responsibilities:
- Develop and coordinate the site Quality Improvement plan following guidelines from Product Line, Regional
The operation, Group, and Product Group, and promote Quality Culture
- Ensure QRQC is well implemented and participate daily in the Plant QRQC and Plant Supplier QRQC
- Actively support the Site GM in the implementation of the 5 Axes on the site and lead the Total Quality improvement
plan
- Manage Quality network on the site
o SQA Technician management in the daily supplier incident management (5W2H) and QR validation
o Challenge the SQA network to obtain FTA in time and confirm PDCA action.
o Manage the Quality PTM for P0, in the Launch team of P1
o Laboratory and calibration, when relevant
o APU Quality Engineers & Technicians
o Quality System Engineers & Technicians
o Super-control / firewall
- Manage sorting companies (Work instructions, training, reporting, invoice validation…)
- Audit the Quality System periodically (Internal and support of Customer Audit)
- Participate in the project launch meetings
- For modifications, ensure the respect of the 4M procedure
- Represent Customers within Valeo on Quality matters (Communication / Escalation)
- Manage the quick responses for incidents (CLR-Logistic) Internally and with Customers, and support the team
analyzing the incidents.
- Contribute to, or, in the absence of R&D in the site, lead Warranty QRQC & warranty treatment activity (Detection,
Communication, negotiation, warranty invoice validation)
- Represent Quality in Technical Committee when relevant (depending upon organization defined in the CIP part 2)
and/or Site Change Committee.
