Seat Belt Manufacturing Manager
シートベルト工場の製造課（約140名）のマネージャーとして工場の製造部門をマネジメントしていただきます。
【具体的な内容】
・製造課メンバーの人員管理と育成
・工場製造部門としての安全・品質・生産性改善活動を牽引
・客先・IATF・ISO等各種外部監査、国内外オートリブメンバーによる監査対応
・人員・経費・CAPEX等の予算作成と予実管理
・工場内他部門及び海外工場との各種業務
【Required（必須条件）】
・製造業での業務経験5年以上
・マネジメント経験をお持ちの方
・英語での業務経験
・PC実務スキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint、Outlook） をお持ちの方
【Preferred（尚可条件）】
・自動車業界（Tier1）での業務経験
・生産管理、品質管理、生産技術などの業務経験をお持ちの方
