Organizational Structure: Business units consist of 3 to 10 people, each focused on different products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic business plans
- Introduce new technologies to customers
- Participate in competitive bidding for new vehicle models
- Prepare estimates for development and mass-produced parts
- Share information with development, quality, and production departments
- Promote projects with the business office
- Conduct various sales activities in collaboration with global locations
- Participate in online meetings (in English) with global teams
