Job Description: Join a company specializing in seat belts, airbags, and steering wheels. Your role will involve sales and order activities with major Japanese automobile manufacturers.

Organizational Structure: Business units consist of 3 to 10 people, each focused on different products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic business plans
  • Introduce new technologies to customers
  • Participate in competitive bidding for new vehicle models
  • Prepare estimates for development and mass-produced parts
  • Share information with development, quality, and production departments
  • Promote projects with the business office
  • Conduct various sales activities in collaboration with global locations
  • Participate in online meetings (in English) with global teams

Career Advancement: We seek motivated individuals aiming to become global sales managers, contributing to saving lives. You'll start as an account manager and can advance to lead account manager and BU manager.

Unique Position Appeal: Engage deeply in the dynamic automotive industry. Despite being a foreign-owned company, we have a design and development department in Japan. As an account manager, you'll lead initiatives and collaborate with domestic and international teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • B2B sales experience (open to those without experience)
  • Strong communication skills
  • English proficiency

Preferred Experience:

  • Sales at a manufacturer
  • OEM sales in the automotive industry or customer engagement in project management/design
  • Professional use of English
  • Study abroad or overseas work experience
