IT Project Manager (Junior)

Job Description

-        IT Project Management

Ø Support Senior Project manager in conducting the largest IT infra transformation project, which basically re-creates the entire infrastructure from scratch.

日本の最大ITインフラプロジェクトを担当しているプロジェクトマネジャをサポートして頂きます。このプロジェクトで、ITインフラを一から作り直すことになります。

Ø Conduct and support global IT infra and security projects in Japan (e.g., deployment of tools such as ServiceNow, Zscaler)

グローバルのITプロジェクトを日本で展開して頂きます。（例：ServiceNowやZscalerなどのツールの展開）

Ø Initiate and manage local IT infra projects especially the integration of newly acquired companies.

ローカルのITプロジェクトを計画と実行して頂きます。（例：買収したばかりのグループ会社のIT統合）

Ø Reporting of project status etc.

報告書の作成や進捗のプレゼンテーション

-        General

Communication with all internal and external stakeholders in Japan, Offshore and global team members.

グローバルのチームやオフショアや日本国内の内部／外部の関係者との円滑なコミュニケーションができます。

Qualifications

Master’s Degree in Computer Science (M.S.) or related field from a four-year college or university; an MBA or equivalent is desirable but not required

大学卒業

Mandatory: PMP or similar

必須：PMP等のプロジェクト管理

Mandatory (Non-Japanese nationals): Japanese language N2 or similar

必須（外国の方）：日本語能力試験N2以上

Mandatory (Japanese nationals): TOIEC 600+ or similar or candidate proves his/her skills during interview

必須（日本の方）：TOIEC 600以上 又は候補者が面接中に英語能力を証明します。

Mandatory: ITIL or similar

必須：ITIL等のIT管理

Optional: Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF, SIX SIGMA or similar

任意：Scrum, COBIT, TOGAF, SIX SIGMA等

2-5 years of experience in IT project management.

2～5年の ITプロジェクトの経験があります。

Experience working with cross-functional IT teams and working with near-shore/offshore service partners (internal or external)

国際ITチームとの仕事をしたことがあり、国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションをとったことがあります。

Entrepreneurial thinking and flexibility to change; Ability to work in a complex and challenging international environment.

Excellent organization and prioritization skills

Very good communication skills (concise writing and orally convincing); Experience presenting to executive management

プレゼンテーション能力を含めた優れたコミュニケーションのスキル

Fluent spoken and written English and Japanese

英語も日本語も流暢

Basic knowledge of Computer (Windows Server, …), Storage (NetApp, …), Network (Cisco, …), Cloud and other IT infra related technologies;

様々な技術をよく知っています。

OS：Windows／Linux

 ハードウェア：Dell, Netapp, Brocade, Lenovo

ネットワーク：Cisco、Meraki、Checkpoint FW、SDWAN

仮想技術、O365、バックアップ技術、AD、Citrix、各種ライセンス

Strong security awareness;

セキュリティに関する意識が高いです。
