Support for sales activities (new business acquisition), such as introduction/proposal of our product/technology to Japanese customers. For that purpose, investigated and prepared product information, proposal specifications, etc. in collaboration with in-house development groups and sales teams in South Korea, Europe, North America and several manufacturing plants worldwide.
In charge of reviewing specific product design/requirements/specifications with global Hanon teams for the proposals to meet the customer's specific product specification requirements/expectations to the maximum extent, and with alternative solutions as required. In addition, responsible for leading the project development work until the final design/specification, and also involved in launching support activities of mass production as required.
Also worked for global marketing team by providing correct information about Japanese OEMs and market for the global marketing team so that company can establish more appropriate strategies and proposals to Japanese customers as well in new business and new product development plan.
