- Working systems: mainly Microsoft Office, Google Suite and SAP.
- Daily follow-up, monthly closings, 3- months forecast and annual budgeting of sales, of material consumption and of the other costs included in the gross margin calculation, working as a business partner with the Sales, Purchasing & Logistics departments to understand, analyze and make corrections or action plans recommandations.
- Daily costing of new or modified parts and materials in collaboration with the Purchasing & Logistics departments.
- Daily follow-up of the inventory in collaboration with the Logistics department.
- Leadership in the internal control yearly campaigns working as a business partner with the different departments (Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, HR, Accounting, Treasury...): asking questions, making testings to confirm or infirm the answers received, making a diagnosis, elaborating & following-up action plans for both compliance and productivity improvements.
- Responsible for the whole reporting into the Group reporting tools, for all the reporting cycles (actual, forecast, budget...).
- Intercompany reconciliation in collaboration with the other entities and the other departments such as the Accounting one.
- Participation in the P&L analysis and for building several slides for presentations to the top-management.
- Participation in the follow-up of investments.
- Participation in the follow-up of the toolings & prototypes to be sold.
- Participation in the follow-up of the R&D working hours by program.
- Calculation of the warranty accruals.
- Calculation of the inventory depreciation.
- A supervising role in the plant physical inventory audit every quarter.
- Creation of a new turnkey sales & gross margin reporting tool for more effective reporting and analysis.
