Responsibilities:

• Candidate sourcing – network through emails, cold calls, referrals, events and database

• Interview, evaluate, and introduce skilled candidates to clients

• Client development - establish and maintain ongoing relationships with hiring managers

• Manage entire hiring process – introduce candidates to clients, follow up on interviews, and advise/negotiate offers

• Promote East West Consulting K.K. – deliver long lasting service to all professionals in the recruitment industry

Required Skills & Traits:

• Previous sales experience with great track record

• Business level English and Japanese

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Work with a sense of urgency

• Able to multitask and take initiative on an array of projects and tasks
