Main Responsibilities:
Lead the recruitment process for assigned Asia countries and drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best-in-class hiring manager and candidate experience
Help hiring managers navigate trade-offs between market, speed, and quality while setting clear expectations on service level agreements.
Assess and advise on the talent and business risks & benefits of hiring specific candidates.
Build strong relationships with business, HR CoEs, and HRBPs
Use competitive analysis to understand the hiring needs and recruiting practices of talented competitors
Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance.
What We Require of You:
5 + years ‘previous experience in a large/ global matrix environment, preferred in-house or RPO; additional agency background a plus.
Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels
A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners
Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms
Knowledge of at least one applicant tracking system (ideally Workday) and proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in English and Japanese (additional languages are welcomed)
