Job description

1) lead and execute operational management of 3 main team roles (importation, warehousing, customer distribution) in a safe, quality, compliant, and productive matter by collaborating with internal/external stakeholders

1. imported goods delivery planning to internal/external stakeholders

2. Maintenance of value for customs purpose to the customs authority, and import VAT payment/budget monitoring

3. Distribution center management (Audit, Improvements, budget management, security measure, SOP, Temp control quality,monthly closure, etc.)

4. Good Distribution Practice management (delivery timeliness, delivery quality, temp control risk assessment, etc.)

5. SAP (excel) transaction for team rolls mainly for inventory movement

6. 100% compliant for all operations

2) Lead or participate in Continuous Process Improvement (Process efficiency, Cost optimization, Operator Dependency removal, Standardization, etc.)

3) Participate in and support the project (Regional Asia-Pacific, Local, cross-functional, internal, and external)

Skill

Required

A person who can enjoy absorbing and learning new experiences and knowledge proactively and with team spirit with great learning agility skill

Desired

English Skill intermediate or above as documents and communication is done in English often

Project Management Skill: a person who can drive projects with high ownership by efficiently managing PDCA

Wider perspective for process improvement rather than prioritizing own or narrower interest

Continuous Improvement: Person who can accelerate improvement proactively by investing current time for better future on team capability

Preferred (either of experience/aspiration below)

QA, QC background preferred. your knowledge & experience would support compliant supply and improve our cold chain management. 

SCM/ MFG background, eager to learn and improve E2E supply chain management

OtC/ Wholesalers background, passionate about delivering better service to our customers.
