PM gets agreement with customer about product spec, cost and schedule and achieves inhouse target before Tool Go.

金型完成後の設計技術課題の対応

PM follows up technical issue after Tool Go.

大卒以上(または同等の学歴)

English/Japanese：Fluent level

・異なる部署のチームメンバーを取りまとめる能力

Ability to summarize the opinion of different department

・得意先との折衝能力

Negotiation skill with customer

Experience of lamp development with Japanese customer

・ランプの技術知識

Technical knowledge of lamp
