‐ Main tasks/accountabilities                                   

・Manage financial planning process (Target, Rollingforecast, Monthly outlook)

・Provide monthly business performance and analysis

・Responsible for ad-hoc financial requests as required by headquarter and APAC

・Support accounting group for periodic financial closing and reporting process

・Design, implement, and maintain local reporting system and reporting process

・Ensure compliance with the company rule and finance policy

・Work with BL controllers to deliver needed information and analysis

‐ Main tasks/accountabilities

・Responsible for ad-hoc financial requests as required by headquarter and APAC

・Support accounting group for periodic financial closing and reporting process

・Design, implement, and maintain local reporting system and reporting process

・Ensure compliance with the company rule and finance policy

・Work with BL controllers to deliver needed information and analysis

・Asset management for the accurate financial reporting： Inventory (monthly transaction, physical inventory check support) / AR (overdue, credit control, collection status check) / CAPEX project (status check)                                            

‐ Required experience/knowledge/skills

（Requires） 10 years of accounting/controlling ( Business analysis in Finance) experience, preferable in a global company

（Requires） Experience in a role as a business partner for financial performance

（Requires） Fluent in spoken and written English

（Requires） Strong IT skill (Hyperion, Oracle, Google spreadsheet)

（A plus） Experience to work for a multinational manufacturing company

（A plus） Solid project management experience

（A plus） Experience to develop junior staff 

- Required qualifications/degrees

（Requires） Bachelor

（A plus） MBA

（A plus） CPA / The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping
