Describe the principal mission of the position

- Coach and animate the Sites Supply Chain Material Planning & Production Control network, to maximize the service

level and minimize the inventories from suppliers to customers;

- Deploy the Group Supply Chain standards, requirements, working methods, methodologies, and digitalization solutions on

Material Planning and Production Control of the PG / RO;

- Perform the learning programs on the Supply Chain team (MPC team, SIOP/MPS Analyst, projects PTM,..), including

SAP features.

Responsibilities

Highlight the main responsibilities

- Coach and animate the Sites Supply Chain Material Planning & Production Control network:

- Ensure that MPC teams have the right professional competencies on Supply Chain standards and tools through regular

assessments and SC dashboard KPIs;

- Challenge Inventory management (value, accuracy & efficiency)

- Detect abnormalities and gaps versus the defined standards, contribute to set-up/challenge actions plan, including

those arising from repetitive/critical open incidents in QRQC…..

- Perform dedicated workshops and coaching to develop Supply Chain skills;

- Standardize job routines to perform tasks in an efficient and robust way;

- Drive the Supply Chain performance through dedicated KPIs (through monthly dashboards)

- Deploy the Group Supply Chain standards, requirements, working methods, methodologies, and digital solutions:

- Production Planning and Material Management (SIOP/MPS/MRP);

- Shop floor Scheduling and Material Re-Order;

- SAP features and associated tools (BW Hana, Google Data Studio,...)

- Suppliers Logistics Requirements and Protocols;

- Logistics FMEA/Project Management for Material Planning & Production Control;

- Efficient and accurate usage of digital solutions and standards;

- Perform the V5000 roadmaps assessment and working methods, including team coaching related to Supply Chain

Management.

- Perform the learning programs on the Supply Chain team (MPC team, SIOP/MPS analyst, projects PTM,..), including SAP

features

- Participate in the elaboration of new training modules and innovative solutions.

- Help sites in front of customer shutdown crises due to supply chain issues
