-        Legal Support and Administration (法務関連業務)

  • Point of contact for business to support general legal administrative matters and to facilitate and coordinate with external legal parties
  • 法務関連サポート業務全般。外部の弁護士等とのファシリテーションとコーディネーションなどビジネスへの窓口役。
  • Prepare and manage legal documents which arise from the normal course of business such as follows:
  • 会社の通常業務のなかで発生する法務関連文書の作成と管理(以下例):

            Minutes of Shareholders/BoD Meetings

            株主総会・役員会議事録


            Various registration to governmental authorities

            行政機関への諸手続き関連(例:登記変更)


            NDA and other types of relatively standard legal formats

            NDA等、標準的な法務文書

  • Provide advice to business units for non-complex, routine legal matters
  • 難易度が高くないルーティン的な法務相談対応
  • Liase with Eurofins’ global legal department as needed to support business and ensure compliance with global legal guidelines
  • ユーロフィンのグローバル法務部と連携し、リエゾンとしてビジネスのサポート、グローバルのガイドライン順守のための対応など
  • Manage inventory of contracts
  • 契約書の棚卸管理
  • Follow up on ad hoc legal related matters as needed
  • その他アドホック対応

-        General Affairs&HRSupport(総務&人事業務サポート)

  • Handle various administrative work for Eurofins group companies
  • ユーロフィングループ各社への総務業務全般を担当
  • HR-related support
  • 人事関連業務のサポート

Qualifications

  • College degree
  • 大学卒業
  •  
  • Strong English communication skills: TOEIC 800以上
  • 高いレベルでの英語でコミュニケーションスキル:TOEIC 800以上
  •  
  • 5+ years experience handling legal matters in the Legal department or a department in charge of legal matters at a global company
  • グローバル企業で5年以上、法務部または法務業務を担当していた部署での法務関連実務経験
  •  
  • 3+ years working in General Affairs or similar area of work
  • 3以上の総務部での実務経験あるいは同等の経験
  •  
  • Experience working with various internal and external parties
  • 国内外の関係者とのコミュニケーションが多い業務経験
  • Strong consciousness to improve processes and raise the overall level of services to the businesses
  • 業務改善とビジネスへのサービスレベル向上のための意識が強い
  • Ability to multi-task and is a strong team player
  • マルチタスクができ,チームプレーヤーでもある
  • Highly responsible, can work independently, flexibility to adapt to changes
