Job Description
Leader of Clinical Trial Operation
Take a leading role in end to end operational activities in Japan working with HQ’s counterpart
Lead a Japan operation team through planning, initiation, execution, and closeout
Manage the members and various vendors to keep the target timeline
Manage key milestones, budget, and possible risks
Address issues on study sites as a point of contact of CRO-CRA
Ensure study quality and compliance of regulatory documents
Required：
More than 5 years experience in a Pharmaceutical company
Multiple experiences in global trials
Good communication with team and vendors
Business level English（TOEIC>730, Ability to work cooperatively with US colleagues in global trial）
