Job Description

Dealer Account Manager

Sales Department Details:

  • Responsible for sales to all Japanese clients, primarily focusing on door mirrors.

Specific Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with overseas production sites to promote dealer option products to Japanese clients.
  1. Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
  • Manage negotiations and adjustments with customer representatives (purchasing, design, etc.).
  1. Activities for Securing Orders for New Products:
  • Share product information with overseas production sites.
  • Collaborate with overseas production sites to determine target sales prices for customers.
  • Develop and implement action plans and schedules to secure orders (both internally and externally).
  • Work with the development department to promote products to the customer’s dealer option department.
  • Plan and conduct presentations.
  • Conduct price negotiations and secure orders.
  1. Managing Development and Mass Production Plans to Meet Customer Requirements:
  • Manage product development and delivery schedules according to customer requirements (set schedules with the development department).
  • Obtain customer agreement on development and delivery schedules.
  1. Estimating and Negotiating Prices for Mass Production, Spare Parts, and Molds:
  • Recover costs for design changes attributable to the customer.
  • Obtain market fluctuation information, conduct estimates, negotiate prices, and secure contracts.
  1. Profit Management:
  • Regularly manage profit status and promote activities to improve profits.

  • English negotiation skills (capable of negotiating with overseas production sites / TOEIC 600+)
