Dealer Account Manager
Sales Department Details:
- Responsible for sales to all Japanese clients, primarily focusing on door mirrors.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with overseas production sites to promote dealer option products to Japanese clients.
- Building and Maintaining Customer Relationships:
- Manage negotiations and adjustments with customer representatives (purchasing, design, etc.).
- Activities for Securing Orders for New Products:
- Share product information with overseas production sites.
- Collaborate with overseas production sites to determine target sales prices for customers.
- Develop and implement action plans and schedules to secure orders (both internally and externally).
- Work with the development department to promote products to the customer’s dealer option department.
- Plan and conduct presentations.
- Conduct price negotiations and secure orders.
- Managing Development and Mass Production Plans to Meet Customer Requirements:
- Manage product development and delivery schedules according to customer requirements (set schedules with the development department).
- Obtain customer agreement on development and delivery schedules.
- Estimating and Negotiating Prices for Mass Production, Spare Parts, and Molds:
- Recover costs for design changes attributable to the customer.
- Obtain market fluctuation information, conduct estimates, negotiate prices, and secure contracts.
- Profit Management:
- Regularly manage profit status and promote activities to improve profits.
