• According to the business needs, design and compile statistical data tables, conduct
statistical tracking, collection and analysis of data, provide analysis reports for
reference to the board of directors.
• Monitor business performance and provide reference for optimising business process.
• Working with digital project managers, account managers and clients to define
project requirements, schedules and budget.
• Getting under the skin of the clients' businesses, objectives, markets, brands and,
importantly, their brand guidelines.
• Building and maintaining strong, friendly and professional client relationships.
• Taking meeting notes, creating detailed and accurate contact reports, estimates and
timing plans and maintaining project status reports.
• Scheduling work, briefing creative and digital teams, suppliers and other external
parties to ensure successful delivery of projects.
• Managing workload and communicating effectively with the team.
