• Creating test plans and test cases based on functional requirements functional design documents, and user interface documents.
• Creating and implementing test Strategies
• Sensitizing the project teams on the agreed project timeline and desired quality
• Reviewing the project documentation and sharing feedback before development kicks-off
• Defining the projects’ entry and exit Criteria
• Test Automation
• Setting up test environment where necessary.
• Prepare and acquire test data.
• Drafting and updating the Requirements Traceability Matrix
• Execute and log tests.
• Use test administration or management tools and test monitoring tools as required.
• Re-use existing testing documentation for new projects/releases.
• Identifying and recommending process improvements as necessary.
• Client and stakeholders’ management
• Post Implementation support
• Obtaining projects signoffs once the exit criteria has been met
