Sales Manager
LeaddMe is an artificial intelligence powered career-oriented social networking site.
We help businesses with online promotion, network building, and finding promising talent.
For Recruiters and hiring managers, we help them to find the best candidates via our efficient talent-searching platform. Our Artificial intelligence-powered chatbot saves time and works 24/7 to pre-screen applicants and help manage the search process.
About the Role:
· Develops sales strategies. Conduct regular sales reviews to meet targets.
· Work closely with other departments and align sales strategy with corporate objectives.
· Resolve customer complaints regarding sales services
· Confer or consult with other departments to plan advertising and promotion strategies
· Apply knowledge of the software market, participants, and their relative strengths & weaknesses.
· Maintain excellent relationship with existing clients and continuously develop new ones
About You:
· Creativity and out of the box thinking in developing and implementing actionable programs
· Self-starter and high motivation to get work done.
· Ability to succeed in a collaborative, start-up fast paced environment
· Ability to communicate both in Japanese and English
· Confident in customer facing and resolving complaints etc
· Strong leadership and management experience
