About Pico Founded in 2015, Pico focuses on VR/AR products development, aiming to provide superior XR experience through excellent products and eco system. Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for the daily operation of VR games, including to data analytics, daily operation event planning and execution, etc.; 2. Responsible for the evaluation of VR games, industry dynamic monitoring, and generating output relevant reports 3. Assist QA and SDK access related issues, help developers complete optimization, and fully participate in the whole process of the game from introduction to offline 4. Facilitate and customize clear game rating standards and corresponding operating plans

Qualifications

1. Bilingual ability in Japanese and English, familiar with local culture and skilled in business communication. 2. Bachelor degree or above 3. More than 3 years of game operation or game-related work experience, Internet operation experience is preferred 4. Passionate about games, have good understanding of the game industry and local user characteristics and preferences 5. Data-oriented, result-oriented, with independent analysis and problem-solving skills, able to independently promote business development, with SQL or python as a plus 6. Have keen insight and strong learning ability, and have high sensitivity to current trends and hot trends
