Team Introduction: The Training and Quality (TnQ) team aims to drive collaboration, optimization, and synergy for Trust & Safety (T&S) global functioning, whereas other T&S functions fight at the frontline for content integrity and community safety. Our team ensures the smooth operation flow of our processes, removes roadblocks, and ensures processes are streamlined for maximum efficiency for our TnQ teams. Responsibilities As Quality Delivery Lead you will manage a team of Quality Assurance Team Leads and Analyst in Japan, handling day to day management, escalations, feedback and performance. Our QA teams audit and review our Moderation teams, handling appeals, audits, feedback and providing support on ad hoc policy questions. What will You be doing? - You will manage a team of Quality Assurance Team Leads and Analysts, providing support, the duty of care, and instilling a performance culture. - You collaborate with cross-functional partners (Policy, Product Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, etc) to identify, assess and resolve safety-related issues in our products, promote community wellbeing & user safety. - You are responsible for providing feedback and analysis on Policy updates to identify areas of improvement and potential gaps. - You will manage complex vendor and internal stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

What should you bring with you? -Bachelor degree and above. -Close to Native Japanese skills and Business English skills - At least 8 years of work experience in quality assurance, Lean, re-engineering or consulting domain. - At least 5 years of operational experience, with the ability to lead and mentor a huge team with 100 headcount span. - Possess prior experience in a QA role, ideally within a Content Moderation / Content Quality / Safety environment. - Experience in a BPO / Call center/customer service environment. - Experience in managing outsourced partner/vendor relationships - Attention to detail and you are comfortable using data analysis to identify trends.
