Location: Tokyo, Japan What you will do: - Support VR native live streaming localisation operations, with responsibilities such as: Setting the guidelines and strategy for local agencies and MCNs, influencers, users, campaigns, and partnerships. - Manage, attract and recruit VR Live streamers for different campaign projects and launches. - Plan and develop event calendars and ensure content strategies are set in place. - Explore new campaign strategies and models, plan and launch Live streaming campaigns by following up on popular topics, events, social hot issues, etc. - Maintain up-to-date with developments and generate new ideas to draw the audience’s attention - Assist and engage with stakeholders on localisation strategies for different regions/countries' demographic. - Track, manage and optimise product experience thru data and user experience surveys.
What you should have: 1. Bachelor Degree or above, with more than 2 years of the Live streaming experience, and more than 2 years of Platform Generated Content/User Generate Content live streaming operation on top platforms such as Twitch / Youtube / Facebook / Bigo, etc. 2. A strong sense of trending topics and experience in video/live streaming content planning. 3. Logical thinking and proven records in strategy planning, optimising operations plans / using user experience, and data understanding. 4. Keen eye for user product awareness, familiar with localisation strategy for live streaming platforms, and maintain up to date on trending topics. 5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. 6. Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. 7. Proficient in English and Japanese to manage Japan market. Mandarin will be an added advantage.
