Set sales targets according to online business strategy, be responsible for formulating channel management strategies and operation plans, and lead the team to complete sales tasks and profit indicators; 2. Responsible for the overall operation strategy of the channel and landing, the planning, organization and execution of the channel marketing activities, and promote the brand's exposure and awareness of the channel; 3. Collaborate with the overall marketing activities and advertising of the marketing department to ensure the efficiency of e-commerce and continuously optimize the conversion rate 4. Deeply excavate channel resources, pull through the integration of brand investment, and promote channel strategic cooperation 5. Familiar with online channel user acquisition through ads growth link, grasp and optimize the effect of ad placement 6. Optimize the overall operation efficiency of the channel, improve budget planning and production effect management, and timely review and adjust business ideas from the perspective of data analytics 7. Responsible for improving the team's organizational structure, system, process and daily management of channel business, and providing business guidance, training and assessment to the team to improve the team's combat effectiveness.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of e-commerce operation experience, more than 5 years of channel leader experience, must have a brand manufacturer operating background 2. Proven experience and success stories in online channel sales operations and business growth 3. Dare to try new things, strong initiative and curiosity, good at learning and pressure 4. Good team spirit, excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility and execution 5. Nintendo, SIE experience is preferred #LI-BENSONC
