Responsibilities - Partner with your assigned business unit and ensure a deep understanding of business strategy and implement high-quality HR practices within the team. - Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to grow the Lark business through interviewing, onboarding, and evaluating candidates. - Coach and mentor business team-leaders to help build a strong community that will improve the development of the business. - Collaborate with stakeholders and leadership and provide HR guidance when appropriate; including staffing, talent development, performance management, and employee relations. - Be the ambassador for the Lark organizational culture as well as plan and implement activities to continue driving employee engagement. - Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case.
The ideal candidate will possess at least 5+ years of experience in HR, have proven track of record working with multi-cultural teams and being able to navigate globally. - 5+ years of HRBP experience in hi-tech or SaaS industry is preferred. - Bachelor's degree or above is required. - Native Japanese, and business English or Chinese language proficiency. - Experience in helping global organizations scale, project management, change management, culture transformations and independent program driving. - Comprehensive HR knowledge, especially hands-on experience in employee relations, performance management and employee development. - Candidate should have expertise in local labor law and regulations. - Ability to multi-task and to work through complexities in an ever changing and high growth business environment. - Self-driven and highly motivated for original thinking as well as continuous improvement. - Experience working with sales team is preferred.
