About Pico Founded in 2015, Pico focuses on VR/AR products development, aiming to provide superior XR experience through excellent products and eco system. About the Sales Team Pico enterprise sales team is mainly targeting the market of medical, training, education, location-based entertainment, and remote collaboration applications. Responsibilities: 1. Analyze customer insights to access and explore new opportunities in the market 2. Lead the marketing team to work across business functions to lead a go-to-market strategy of both online and retail, including new product introduction and in-market growth across hardware and software products 3. Develops materials and makes presentations for the Sales team and retailers to educate on product updates and regional account-specific marketing plans 4. Working with APAC and Global teams to ensure international initiatives are followed through
Qualifications
1. 5 or more years of experience with consumer product marketing 2. 5 or more years of experience with team leadership, people management, cross-functional team leadership 3. Track record of building partnerships with Product Management and cross-functional teams, and shaping multi-year product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies 4. Project management experience desired 5. Video Game industry experience a plus 6. Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
