Search Operation - Team Lead

What will I be doing? - Grow the local search operation team and oversee their day-to-day management - Lead the team to establish and maintain search strategy evaluation criteria, provide professional suggestions for the optimization of evaluation criteria. - Lead the team to analyze the search quality evaluation results, provide evaluation reports, and be responsible for the quality of evaluation. - Continuously evaluate outcomes, optimize the workflow, and ensure a high level of productivity and quality. - Responsible for localizing working process and strategies, cooperate with cross-functional teams such as product, research & development teams to optimize search strategies and improve users' search experience.

Qualifications

What should I bring? - Bachelor’s Degree or above, advanced degree is preferred; - 3+ years’ experience working on search operation in a major tech or media company, familiar with DCG evaluation process; - 1+ year’s experience in managing large multicultural teams with diverse skills and personalities; - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently; - Demonstrate good judgment, training and management skill; - Proven track record of working with cross-functional partners, across different countries; - Fluent in English.
